New Life Landscapes is a Penn Valley landscape company founded by Brandon Lindsen in 2016​,​ serving Grass Valley​,​ Nevada City​,​ Rough and Ready​,​ Alta Sierra​,​ Cedar Ridge​,​ Lake Wildwood​,​ and the surrounding Gold Country. The company handles regular landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties​,​ new installations and additions to existing yards​,​ irrigation systems​,​ planting​,​ lawns​,​ hardscape features like patios​,​ pathways​,​ and rock walls​,​ water features​,​ low-volt lighting​,​ and drainage solutions — plus weedeating​,​ general property clean-ups​,​ fire clearance​,​ and snow plowing. Brandon grew up in Penn Valley and stays closely involved in the community​,​ serving on the Board of Directors for Western Gateway Park and organizing the annual daffodil planting along Penn Valley Drive.
